These adorable individual pepperoni pizzas are incredibly easy to make. All you’ll need is 30 minutes and a handful of ingredients. We recommend purchasing the ready-made puff pastry dough sheets that are found in your grocer’s refrigerator section. There is no need to mix or roll the dough.
You’ll need one heart shaped cookie cutter. This will be used to both cut out the puff pastry dough into heart shapes and also to be used as a guide for your toppings. Just set the cookie cutter onto your parchment paper lined cookie sheet and add the toppings. Gently remove the cookie cutter and top with your heart shaped puff pastry dough.
You can choose to make your puff pastry pizzas with the same toppings or different toppings. You can make some with vegetables, some with meat and some with cheese. We love to slice Country Meats Pepperoni snack sticks into thin slices. They are the perfect size for these individual pizzas and add the perfect amount of flavor to every bite.

Ingredients Needed
- 1 pkg refrigerated puff pastry dough
- 5 Country Meats pepperoni snack sticks sliced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp water
- fresh basil (optional)
- marinara sauce (optional)
Puff Pastry Pizzas Step-by-Step
1: Unroll puff pastry dough and lay on a cutting board. Cut out as many hearts as you can and set aside.
2: Using the heart cookie cutter as a guide for each individual puff pastry pizza, add parmesan cheese, sliced Country Meats pepperoni snack stick, and mozzarella cheese onto your lined baking sheet.
3: Place a heart on top of the cheese.
4: Repeat the process until your baking sheet is covered.
5: Brush egg wash (one egg and 1 tsp of water) over each heart.
6: Bake for 15 minutes. Turn over and top with fresh basil and serve with marinara sauce for dipping.

Ingredients
- 1 pkg refrigerated puff pastry dough
- 5 Country Meats pepperoni snack sticks sliced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pre-heat your oven to 400°.
- Unwrap the Country Meats Pepperoni snack sticks, cut them into small slices and set aside.
- Unroll puff pastry dough and lay on a cutting board.
- Cut out as many hearts as you can and set aside.
- Using the heart cookie cutter as a guide for each individual puff pastry pizza, add parmesan cheese, sliced Country Meats pepperoni snack stick, and mozzarella cheese onto your lined baking sheet.
- Place a heart on top of the cheese. Repeat until your baking sheet is covered.
- Beat one egg and 1 tsp of water and brush lightly over each heart.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Turn over and top with fresh basil and serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
